Allambi Property calls Bondi home too – combining local understanding with extensive experience built over decades across every aspect of the property development spectrum. From the 17 years Founder and Managing Director Shaun Bond spent at Lendlease – working on major mixed-use projects like Barangaroo’s Jacksons Landing – to CFO Jacki Bond’s unique combination of financial and civil engineering skills, shaped most recently as a Managing Director of Goldman Sachs.
Along with a carefully-curated network of partners and investors, including long-time collaborator Woods Bagot, Allambi Property specialise in next-generation locations people want to live in, adapting heritage assets for niche urban renewal and realising market-leading sustainability for both people and planet.

Woods Bagot is a global design studio, spanning 17 studios across 6 regions around the world. Rather than adhering to the one singular, signature style, they took a multi-authorship approach to architecture, interiors and masterplanning.
Woods Bagot are guided by the ethos of designing for people – and they explore data to predict changing patterns in human behaviour. These patterns inform and inspire their work across some of the most significant places and spaces around the world – always in partnership with clients, communities & other creatives.
Construction
Fleek Constructions are an emerging player in the construction industry, backed by the decades-long capabilities and extensive construction history of Director, Joel Davie. They recognise the importance of establishing trust and providing reassurance to clients, with core values revolving around transparency, open communication and accountability.
